A Real-Time Experience
About African Live Art
African Live Art (ALA) is a virtual platform dedicated to sharing and celebrating African knowledge through art forms, Afro-futurist thought, history, tourism, culture, and traditions. We connect educational institutions, libraries, arts organizations, diaspora communities, and individuals worldwide with African scholars, tour guides, and artists via our platform: www.africanliveart.com.
As a nonprofit initiative, ALA challenges Eurocentric narratives by creating a safe, authentic space where Africa is experienced and understood through her own lens.
Our digital education platform serves as a bridge, offering rich resources on diverse African topics for learning, research, and cultural exploration, while inspiring a deeper global appreciation of Africa’s past, present, and future.

MISSION STATEMENT
African Live Art exists to connect the world to Africa’s living knowledge through its art forms, histories, traditions, and cultural landscapes. We empower scholars, artists, and communities to share their voices, offering schools, institutions, and individuals meaningful opportunities to learn, experience, and engage with the depth and diversity of African heritage.
VISION STATEMENT
We envision a global virtual hub where Afrocentric and Pan-African knowledge is celebrated, preserved, and shared. By harnessing digital technology, African Live Art will become a bridge between Africa and the world—a place where art, history, culture, and tourism converge to educate, inspire, and foster a deeper appreciation of Africa’s past, present, and future.
Who is this for?
African Live Art is designed for educational institutions, libraries, arts organizations, diasporan communities, and individuals worldwide who want authentic access to African knowledge and culture.
Why should you care?
We connect you directly with African scholars, artists, and cultural custodians through live virtual lectures and interactive sessions. By working with ALA, your students and communities experience Africa’s traditions, history, music, dance, and folklore from those who live and carry these cultures. This is not textbook learning — it is authentic, engaging, and transformative education.
What do we want you to do?
Partner with us, book a session, or bring African Live Art into your classrooms, libraries, and community spaces. Together, we can broaden perspectives, foster cultural understanding, and enrich global learning.
